Key Responsibilities
- RN patient care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients.
- OASIS data collection: Complete accurate and timely OASIS assessments to support care planning and compliance.
- Patient education: Teach patients and caregivers essential skills for managing conditions safely at home.
- Clinical skills performance: Execute required nursing procedures with precision and professionalism.
- Active RN License in the state of Alabama
- Home Health RN experience
- HCHB proficiency (Homecare Homebase)
- Multi-skill clinical knowledge that enhances adaptability and patient outcomes.
- Navy scrubs
