Greenmark Waste Solutions seeks a Senior People & Compliance Generalist to lead HR, DOT, and OSHA compliance in a growing waste-services environment. You will design and implement policies, manage compensation, benefits, safety programs, and drive regulatory compliance while partnering with leaders to drive a strong culture and performance. Based in Dallas, this role reports to the VP of Internal Operations.
