Strategy Specialist Assistant

Job Summary The Strategy Specialist Assistant supports the Strategy Specialist by handling administrative tasks, client interactions, appointment management, and contract sales assistance. Working within a law firm setting, the Assistant ensures efficient operations, supports sales efforts, and helps maintain a client-centered approach to meet firm objectives. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Client Interaction: Greet clients, collect necessary documents and fingerprints, address inquiries, and provide information on services. Administrative Support: Organize client documentation, manage files, and confirm appointments for the Strategy Specialist. Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by explaining contract terms, benefits, and following up with prospective clients under the Strategy Specialist’s guidance. Appointment Management: Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and cover client meetings in the Strategy Specialist's absence. Note: Essential functions may be modified as required to support business needs. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual in Spanish and English (required for effective client interaction). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when interacting with clients. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. Customer Service: Skillful at fostering positive client relationships, supporting a client-centered experience. Sales Support Motivation: Highly motivated to assist in achieving sales goals with a strong track record in administrative or sales support. Empathy and Rapport: Ability to discuss sensitive topics with clients tactfully and professionally. Preferred Qualifications Further education in business administration, sales, or related field. Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or sales support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office software. Key Performance Indicators KPI #1: Conversion Rates Description: Track the ratio of appointments scheduled to sales closed. Target: Consistently support team goals by achieving high conversion rates. KPI #2: Quality Assurance (QA) and Survey Scores Description: Maintain a high proficiency level and meet quality goals in client interactions and administrative tasks. Target: Sustain QA and client satisfaction ratings above 90%.
