The Farmers Sales Representative focuses on inside sales within a team-based territory, connecting with clients actively shopping for insurance. This role emphasizes building strong customer relationships while promoting key insurance products such as auto, home, and life business insurance, with minimal local travel expected.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and engage new clients shopping for insurance
- Present insurance products tailored to client needs
- Provide ongoing customer support and service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets for auto, home, and life insurance products
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of General Lines Property and Casualty
- Understanding of General Lines Life and Health
- Familiarity with sales techniques and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
