Educate homeowners on roofing and other exterior trade options and pricing. Build and present professional estimates and proposals. Leverage Storm Guard tools like AccuLynx for proposals and follow-ups. Guide clients through the entire retail sales process. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.Required skills & qualifications: 2+ years of retail residential roofing sales experience, or exterior trades (windows, gutters, siding, painting) experience. Comfortable using technology platforms for CRM and estimating. Exceptional communication and follow-up skills. Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction basics.
