SHR (Spectrum Healthcare Resources) is looking for an ICU Registered Nurse for a fully remote role. The nurse will provide virtual care, develop health care plans for active duty and retirees, and work Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Nursing Degree, an active state nurse license, and at least three years' experience in critical care.
