BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a traditional inpatient-outpatient role at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

This is a continuity-focused, panel-based practice combining outpatient primary care with inpatient rounding , ideal for physicians who value long-term patient relationships and comprehensive care.

• ✅ Inpatient & Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Role
• ✅ Traditional model — clinic + hospital rounding
• ✅ 32 patient-facing hours/week (Monday–Friday)
• ✅ 1:6 call rotation with inpatient responsibilities
• ✅ Established patient panel + ability to build your own
• ✅ Continuity of care model (no handoffs, no unfamiliar patients)
• ✅ Inpatient care contributes to wRVU productivity

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at a $300K two-year guarantee+ (based on experience level)
