As a key member of our small‑animal veterinary hospital, you will provide exceptional customer service, support our doctors and staff, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, Fear‑Free medicine. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on services, pricing, and availability Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care, including preparing exam rooms and charts Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans Support hospital operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client care About the Role: As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative at Lone Mountain Veterinary Hospital, you will be part of a dynamic, AAHA‑Accredited and BI Premiere practice that prioritizes high‑quality medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
