E-Commerce Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented e-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. As our e-Commerce Sales Specialist you will play a critical role in expanding our online presence, optimizing product listings, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on one of the world’s largest marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Execution: List, optimize, and manage up to 20 high-quality items per day on eBay, including compelling product descriptions, professional photography, competitive pricing, and strategic keyword optimization to maximize visibility and sales velocity. Sales & Marketing Mastery: Continuously learn and implement advanced sales techniques, digital marketing strategies, and eBay-specific best practices to increase conversion rates and expand our product reach. Customer Experience Leadership: Provide outstanding customer service, manage inquiries, process orders efficiently, and resolve issues with professionalism to maintain high seller ratings and build long-term buyer loyalty. Team Collaboration: Support the broader sales team with additional projects, cross-channel initiatives, and operational tasks as needed to ensure overall company sales targets are met. Performance Management: Consistently meet or exceed established sales floors and key performance metrics. Top performers will earn shared profits from eBay sales, with opportunities to participate in broader company profit structures as responsibilities and contributions expand. Qualifications & Requirements Proven background in sales and customer service (e-commerce or marketplace experience strongly preferred). Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills for crafting persuasive listings. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms, tools, and sales methodologies quickly. Passion for sustainability and recycling is a significant plus.
