LPN Case Manager — Health & Housing Advocate

Bowery Residents' Committee is seeking a full-time LPN to monitor and manage health needs for clients in supportive housing programs in New York. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering medication, and acting as the primary case manager. The ideal candidate will have an LPN license, experience in geriatric and psychiatric nursing is preferred, and will contribute to the health and wellbeing of individuals experiencing homelessness.
