This role is ideal for a hands-on product designer who is strong in Figma, thrives in an Agile environment where close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders is essential, and is excited to bring user-centered design thinking to web and mobile experiences.What You’ll DoDesign clean, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile platforms, including customer-facing and internal enterprise platformsCreate user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specifications using FigmaPartner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX researchers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements and research insights into effective design solutionsContribute to and maintain design system standards, reusable components, and consistent visual patterns across digital productsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and cross-functional design discussionsPresent design recommendations clearly and confidently, using research, analytics, usability feedback, and business context to support decisionsIdentify opportunities to improve design efficiency, including AI-assisted workflows and emerging design toolsWhat We’re Looking ForTwo + years of UX/UI, product design, visual design, or related digital design experienceIntermediate to advanced Figma skills, including auto layout, components, variables, prototyping, and design system managementStrong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, information hierarchy, and accessibility best practicesExperience designing for digital products, enterprise applications, dashboards, client portals, or similar user-facing platformsAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design process, level of ownership, and examples of shipped or production-ready workPreferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environmentsBackground in insurance, financial services, healthcare, fintech, or another highly regulated industryExperience with Adobe Creative Suite or design-adjacent toolsFamiliarity with React, CSS, Tailwind, developer handoff, or design-to-development collaborationInterest in AI-enabled design workflows and tools that improve speed, consistency, and collaborationWhy Join UsThis is an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer-facing digital experiences during an exciting period of platform growth and innovation.
