Responsibilities Ensure the new patient/parent/guardian understands the treatment. Presents the fees for services and provides payment options to the client. Conveys a positive image of the practice. Qualifications Must have the ability to work well with the public. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask. Must have the drive to succeed in sales and to meet goals Excellent time management skills Qualities needed to be successful in this role Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.
