Bodily Injury Pre Litigation Manager

Pre Litigation Manager is responsible for managing processes and staff. This position requires to oversee six case managers through the pre litigation phase of bodily injury and property damage claims (3rd party, UIM/UM and PIP) and ensuring efficient, compliant, and strategic handling of cases from intake through settlement or litigation readiness.

The role ensures the claims are being handled by the case managers in line with company standards.

To lead the pre-litigation team the ideal candidate must have a strong 10+ years experience. The ability to give direction to case managers, have strong organizational skills, maintaining a case list, and have the knowledge of the following:

1. Personal Injury cases including but not limited to 18-wheeler claims, commercial claims, auto, slip and fall, and premises cases
2. Vetting incoming cases;
3. Setting up claims;
4. Resolving property damage;
5. Guiding clients through treatment;
6. Preservation letters;
7. Securing witnesses;
8. Collecting incident and police reports.
9. Preparing demand packages;
10. Confirm and conduct lien searches.

Key Responsibilitie s:

• Manage Pre-Lit Case Managers to ensure acceptance of liability, resolution of property damage, compliance of treatment, collection of records and making sure demands go out in a timely matter, and efficient client communication and satisfaction.
• Conduct individual meetings with case managers
• Implement treatment plans
