The AGNP will provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients, managing chronic and acute conditions. Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner school.
• Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing.
• Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license.
• Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license.
• Valid DEA certificate.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Certification in CPR and AED through American Heart Association or Red Cross guidelines.
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (for behavioral health locations).
• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• Experience treating adults with chronic and acute conditions.
• Understanding of clinical methods and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, associates, and the general public.
• Basic proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.
• Basic computer efficiency and comfort with electronic health record systems.
• Experience in geriatrics or with patients who have multiple chronic conditions.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
• A demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
