About the role The IT Operations & Portfolio Specialist supports the CIO organization by coordinating IT operational, financial, procurement, and portfolio management activities across the enterprise IT function. This role ensures accurate tracking of IT spend and value realization, supports demand intake and prioritization, and drives alignment between IT funding, procurement activities, and enterprise priorities. This position serves as a central coordination point across IT, Finance, and Procurement, enabling transparency, governance, and operational discipline across IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities IT Financial Management & Governance Support annual IT budgeting and forecasting processes (OpEx and CapEx) Track actuals vs. budget and produce variance analysis and reporting Maintain financial visibility across IT spend and value realization (applications, infrastructure, security, data) Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities with Finance Track accruals, #J-18808-Ljbffr Reworld Waste
