Elevate Dental is a growing, modern dental practice looking for an experienced Medical Insurance Biller/ Patient Services Representative to join our team. We are seeking someone who is professional, friendly, organized, and confident managing patient services, medical insurance billing, and front-office responsibilities.

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our practice continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

● Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional front-desk experience

● Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling

● Verify medical insurance eligibility and benefits

● Submit medical insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner

● Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and unpaid insurance balances

● Post insurance payments and EOBs

● Assist with insurance estimates and explain patient financial responsibility

● Collect patient payments and maintain accurate account balances

● Maintain and update patient information and insurance records

● Confirm appointments and help maintain an efficient, productive schedule

● Communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and clinical team members

● Assist with general front-office and administrative responsibilities

Qualifications:

● Previous medical insurance billing or dental front-office experience required

● Experience with medical insurance verification, claims, EOBs, and accounts receivable

● Denticon experience preferred

● Strong communication and customer-service skills

● Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

● Comfortable discussing insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility

● Ability to multitask in a busy dental office while maintaining a welcoming patient experience

● Strong computer and organizational skills
