Outside Sales Rep

Job Opportunity

Develop and grow a defined DFW territory through new business acquisition and account expansion, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers to establish TDT as a preferred partner. Identify project opportunities and effectively position TDT's millwork solutions (doors, windows, trim, stair parts) to drive repeat business and referrals. Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and quoting to negotiation and closingwhile building a sustainable pipeline. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and customer support to deliver a seamless customer experience and long-term account growth. Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasts, and customer records to support performance tracking and strategic planning.

3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, millwork, or construction. Proven ability to develop new business and grow accounts. Existing network in the DFW builder/contractor community preferred. Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable owning a territory. CRM/ERP experience (Agility a plus). Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (top performers can expect to earn $125k+ in their first year). Employee Ownership (ESOP): Share directly in the company's success.
