Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of supply chain and/or clinical operational hospital or healthcare‑related experience. Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle stress appropriately; communicate and execute in a matrix organizational structure; adapt to change in workload and work schedule; and develop a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a professional, multi‑disciplinary team as a group leader, facilitator, or participant. Demonstrates initiative, dependability, and flexibility to work in a fast‑paced work environment. Strong organizational and process management skills. Preferred Job Requirements Master’s degree. Multi‑facility (Integrated Delivery Network, IDN) experience. Supply Chain experience from a clinical perspective.
