Full-Charge Bookkeeper Spokane, WA (On-Site) $25-$35/hour Contract-to-Hire Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, family-owned company? What You'll Be Doing As the Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions while supporting the overall success of the business. Responsibilities include: Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Performing bank and credit card reconciliations Preparing monthly financial reports and statements Maintaining aging reports for wholesale dealer accounts Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities Partnering with an external accounting firm for annual reconciliations Entering and maintaining accurate financial data in QuickBooks Enterprise Supporting customers and clients by answering occasional phone inquiries Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise Accounting training, certification, or degree preferred (AIPB, NACPB, Accounting coursework, etc.) Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Why This Opportunity? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
