Schedule And Staffing Specialist

Summary The Schedule and Staffing Specialist develops and implements schedules for store sales and sales support colleagues. This role optimizes staffing levels across stores to meet customer service and workload demands while controlling expenses. Responsibilities Input schedule requests, edit schedules, and release them weekly in accordance with state and company requirements. Balance scheduled hours and open positions across stores to reduce expense exposure. Run and analyze weekly reports and recommend ways to better support stores and reduce expenses. Communicate with senior store leadership and business managers. Train colleagues on the scheduling system and address system concerns. Requirements Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. Strong organization, analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability under time constraints. Clear communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work across functions and levels and think creatively, strategically, and technically.
