Our South Austin outpatient clinic is on the lookout for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who gets it. Someone who understands the power of play, who knows sensory isn't just a buzzword, and who finds real joy in helping kids build the skills they need for everyday life.
We're a tight-knit team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and compassion. We work with children of all ages and abilities, and our approach is always child-centered, family-focused, and fun-forward.
What your days might look like:
- Turning therapy into games that feel like play (because they are)
- Supporting kiddos with sensory processing challenges, fine motor delays, and everything in between
- Working hand-in-hand with PTs and SLPs to craft well-rounded plans
- Partnering with families and caregivers every step of the way
You'd be a great fit if you:
- Are a licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas (or about to be)
- Have pediatric experienceor a real passion to dive into it
- Love creating playful, imaginative ways to build skills
- Can meet a child where they are, and help them get to where they want to be
