Key Responsibilities

• Assist with executing marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events
• Engage directly with customers to communicate brand messaging and increase awareness
• Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive energy
• Support event setup, logistics, on-site coordination, and event breakdown
• Collect customer feedback and assist with tracking campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve campaign goals and objectives
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing partner brands
• Help create memorable customer experiences through face-to-face engagement

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing, promotions, brand management, or event marketing
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, reliable, and coachable with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background in marketing, communications, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is a plus but not required
