ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and were a growing team of three focused on building something strong from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained leadership experience as a sales manager with AT&T. That background in sales and team leadership helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office.

I graduated from the University of North Alabama and have been married for six years. My wife and I have two children and family is a big part of my motivation and leadership style. I stay involved locally as an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce and believe strongly in staying connected to the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Anthony Fleming - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
