Realty Center Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Lake Forest community in California. This full-time role involves hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing homes for new residents while maintaining safety and curb appeal. You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property components, with a focus on timely work orders, quality workmanship, and resident satisfaction.
