They offer a collaborative environment where driven professionals can take ownership and play a key role in building scalable processes and systems.Job DescriptionEnsure compliance of the Quality Management System with AS9100 standardsMonitor quality performance metrics and escalate issues to leadership as neededConduct internal audits and maintain audit readinessOversee quality control processes, including inspections and SPC analysisPartner with engineering and operations to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actionsLead root cause investigations and drive corrective/preventative actionsAnalyze and report KPIs to track quality performance and improvement initiativesSupport product quality through FAIR, test plans, and inspection processesMaintain compliance programs and support continuous improvement initiativesEnsure materials, equipment, and services meet required performance standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
