Quality Manager

Dizario Search is actively seeking a Quality Manager for our client near the Lowell, MA area. This opportunity is with a contract manufacturing company specializing in medical devices, instruments and disposables. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Quality Manager , who enjoys developing people, strengthening quality systems, solving challenging manufacturing issues and partnering across an organization to drive measurable improvements. Responsibilities: Lead, develop and mentor the Quality team Drive initiatives designed to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, manufacturing performance and overall cost of quality Evaluate customer-specific quality expectations Develop and enhance quality procedures, inspection plans, documentation and related systems Lead cross‑functional investigations into internal, supplier and customer quality concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve process capability and advance continuous improvement initiatives Participate in customer, supplier and internal audits while helping maintain strong customer relationships Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous experience leading or managing quality teams Must have previous experience working in the plastics manufacturing industry Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
