What You’ll Do

• Lead cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for ground-up construction projects
• Oversee the bid process from document review through subcontractor/vendor coordination and proposal evaluation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align scope, schedule, and value engineering
• Maintain accurate historical cost data and estimating documentation
• Mentor junior estimating staff and contribute to team development

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Sage Estimating, and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
