Partner Success Manager, Community Impact – Remote (California) FoundationCCC is seeking a Partner Success Manager to help partners achieve strategic objectives and maximize the value of FoundationCCC’s services while supporting the California Community Colleges system. What You’ll Do Act as a critical project manager, guiding our valued customers toward strategic goals and optimal value from FoundationCCC. Serve as liaison between customers and the Foundation ecosystem, streamlining partnerships across Community Impact, Equity, Business Operations, Finance, HR, and more. Ensure optimization and collaboration of Foundation business units to deliver outstanding service in support services, call center, grant administration, payment distribution, technical assistance, and related programs. Provide project management for community outreach and awareness campaigns, call center and helpdesk, consumer assistance programs, case management, student training initiatives, and related projects. Streamline operations and processes to support high‑quality service delivery across the Foundation’s Equity and Community Impact program portfolio. Lead internal project management for partner success initiatives, managing plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, documentation, and follow‑up actions. Coordinate project‑level communication with internal teams and partner contacts, ensuring timely follow‑up, clear action items, accurate documentation, and alignment with escalation protocols. Build credibility as a trusted liaison with internal and external partners, driving continued value of our services. Attributes for Success Practice ownership and accountability. Ability to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision. Qualifications BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both. Minimum five (5)+ years progressive experience in managing program/system implementation, or client/project management. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment. Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity. Location & Work Environment Fully remote within California.
