Genie Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg assignment in Susquehanna, PA

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital – Med Surg Unit
• Shift: 3x12s Nights
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (extension option available)
• Start Date: 2-3 weeks from offer

Pay Information:

• Pay Package: Blended rate $54/hr (taxable + stipend)
• Local candidates accepted at the same blended rate
• Rate may vary if stipend is declined or insurance is elected

Unit Overview

The Med Surg unit provides care for adult patients with a wide variety of medical conditions. Responsibilities include:

• Managing post-operative and medical-surgical patients
• Administering medications and IV therapy
• Monitoring patient status and reporting changes
• Assisting with mobility, wound care, and recovery plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams
• Supporting patients and families throughout hospitalization

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of M/S nursing experience
• BLS,ACLS & PALS certifications required
