Job Title
Position Overview
Salary Range: $29,250 – $32,906 annually
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the Pathways Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Post daily schedules and verify/audit documentation for billing accuracy.
- Set up client guarantors and run the client charge input log on a daily basis.
- Review reports and make corrections as identified.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as outlined in the current job description.
Experience Requirements
- Proficiency in general office procedures, including typing, filing, and related administrative tasks.
- Computer experience required.
- Knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with medical records.
- Previous experience in a medical or general office setting.
