Job Description: Must be at least 21 years of age. This is a driving post. You must have a Valid DL and good MVR. A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you. Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees. The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation. Conduct regular walking patrols to improve the safety of individuals and proactively identify and report security concerns. Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment. Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures. Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports. Enforce security procedures in the relevant Security Post Instruction. Execute routine tasks with proficiency, such as securely locking and unlocking doors, activating, and deactivating security systems, and diligently monitoring surveillance feeds for signs of potential threats or breaches. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, utilizing appropriate actions and established protocols. Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform.
