Vandergriff Chevrolet is actively hiring an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our high-volume Collision Repair Center . We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality repairs, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a winning dealership team.
Compensation

$70,000 - $110,000+ annually
Pay plan is flexible and will be discussed based on experience and production.
Responsibilities

• Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on customer and dealership vehicles
• Repair dents, dings, creases, hail damage, and minor body damage
• Evaluate repair needs and determine proper repair methods
• Work closely with collision center and service teams
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and productivity standards
• Follow dealership safety and repair procedures

Requirements

• Previous Paintless Dent Repair experience REQUIRED
• Automotive body shop or collision center experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have proven experience in automotive dent repair
