Columbine Country Club seeks qualified candidates for part-time Fitness Pro positions. Fitness Pros play a vital role in engaging and instructing members on how to use cardio and fitness equipment properly.

Fitness Pros will provide health and wellness advice, assist with equipment, enforce fitness center rules, and perform minor equipment repairs as needed. Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs; shift responsibilities may also include assisting with opening or closing procedures.

Successful candidates will possess strong collaboration skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an engaging personality. Excellent communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with club members. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for those pursuing personal training roles; current certification from a nationally recognized organization such as NSCA, NASM, ACSM, ACE, or another accredited personal training organization is mandatory.

Compensation: $19.29 per hour plus commission. Fitness Pros receive 60% commission on personal training services, increasing to 75% based on performance and tenure, with opportunities to earn up to 85% commission through monthly performance incentives. During required non-training duties, employees are compensated in accordance with applicable Colorado wage laws.
