Relationship Banker

Position Overview This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed. The role also requires having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals. Responsibilities Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client Collaboration skills to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs Effective and confident communication, comfortable engaging all clients Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Confidence in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking) Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients’ needs Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations Efficiently manage time and capacity Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products, and solutions One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals Six months of cash handling experience Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance Spanish language proficiency preferred Preferred Skills Adaptability Business acumen Customer and client focus Oral communications Problem solving Account management Client experience branding Client management Client solutions advisory Relationship building Business development Pipeline management Prospecting Referral identification Referral management Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Additional Information The following laws or regulations restrict or prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain specified criminal history for the position: FDIC/loan Originator Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency: US - CA - Vacaville - 633 ELMIRA RD - REGENCY CENTER (CA3209) Pay range: $25.00 – $27.88 per hour, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set Pay type: Base salary only, not incentive eligible Benefits: This role is currently benefits eligible and includes industry-leading benefits, paid time off, resources, and support for employees to make a genuine impact and contribute to business and community growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
