WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Bring the ENERGY! Keep kids excited, engaged, and ready for whatever comes next. Create the FUN! Take initiative and lead games, activities, challenges, crafts, adventures, and experiences kids will love. BE THE ROLE MODEL! Encourage kindness, confidence, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Make connections! Get to know your kids, celebrate their successes, and make every child feel seen and valued. Keep the adventure going! Think on your feet, get creative, and be ready to jump into the fun. Be part of an awesome team! Work together under a Site Coordinator to create an amazing experience for every child. Keep kids safe and supported while making sure everyone has a place to shine. Help set up, clean up and keep the site flowing smoothly.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 18 years of age and have 6 months school age experience. Have a High School diploma or equivalent. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required. Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months. Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella. Ability to create and sustain a culture of excellence and work and thrive as part of a cohesive team. Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary. Will sometimes work early morning, late nights and weekends. Strong oral communication skills required for occasional public speaking responsibilities. Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75lbs on occasion and 40lbs frequently (children) and move intermittently during work hours.
