Travel Physical Therapist

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel home health role serving patients across the Hawaiian Islands. Responsibilities include providing patient care in a home setting, performing gait training, assessments, developing plans of care, and educating patients and families. The role requires experience with geriatric, neurologic, and orthopedic populations, proficiency with assistive devices, and familiarity with OASIS documentation. Qualifications include at least 1 year of home health experience, active Hawaii PT license, BLS certification, and strong skills in patient assessment and safety evaluations. Preferred skills are wound care, lymphedema management, manual therapy, and experience with complex neurological conditions.
