The Smilist Dental is looking for a Floating General Dentist based out of our North Babylon office who wants control over their schedule, their income, and their week without sacrificing the stability of a growing, well-established DSO. This role is built for a dentist who thrives on variety and wants to fill gaps in their schedule on their own terms, picking up days across our Nassau and Suffolk County offices.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver consistent, quality patient care across multiple Smilist locations
• Step in flexibly to cover patient demand where and when it fits your schedule

What We're Looking For:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active NY dental license
• Comfortable treating a broad scope of general dentistry procedures
• Reliable, patient-focused, and excited about a flexible, multi-office schedule
• Willingness to travel between offices in Nassau and Suffolk County
