We are looking for an experienced General Dentist to join our PPO/FFS practices with consistent patient flow in West Islip, NY.

Practice Locations: 

• Dental365 - 440 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795

Practice Overview:

• Clinical Support: You will be supported by a strong team of hygienists in your day-to-day operations along with an experienced dentist in the office.

• Solid Reputation: Our patients in the community love the practice (rated 4.8  stars on google with over 250+ reviews).

• PPO/FFS Practice. No Medicaid.

• Modern Practice equipped with PANO and iTero

• Well-established Practice: Consistent schedule with steady stream of existing and high volume of new patients.  

• Continuing Education & Study Clubs: Join our in-house CE programs led by our Executive Dentists.

Compensation and Benefits (for full-time employment 30+ hours):

• Generous Compensation: We offer a daily minimum up to $850 for six (6) months and/or percentage of adjusted production (34-36%)

Hiring Schedule:

• Mondays: 10-7 (optional) 
• Tuesdays: 10-6
• Wednesdays: 8-5
• Thursdays: 10-7
• Fridays: 9-5
• Saturdays: 9-3 (open to every other Saturday, if open Mondays)
