Procurement Program Manager

Who are we? XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems, focused on research and energy development to reduce carbon footprints. Location: Mesa, Arizona, United States. We are looking for a qualified Program Procurement Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Act as the strategic integrator between Application Engineering, Finance, and Procurement. Work with Application Engineering to build submittal proposals for the Sales Organization. Collaborate with Finance to ensure unit cost accuracy, margin control, and manage cost impacts following change orders. Partner with Procurement to negotiate and structure all component pricing. Translate negotiated component pricing into accurate unit cost models used in submittals and financial planning. Maintain and continuously update pricing databases, BOM cost structures, and supplier agreements relevant to AHU programs. Support Application Engineers with cost insights and sourcing constraints during proposal development. Collaborate with Procurement to analyze supplier quotes, track market trends, and ensure pricing competitiveness. Partner with Finance to validate cost assumptions, support margin analysis, and ensure alignment with business targets. Drive cost transparency and traceability across the product lifecycle. Contribute to supplier strategy discussions, especially for high-impact or custom components. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement, program management, or cost engineering—preferably in HVAC, AHU, or industrial manufacturing. Strong understanding of AHU components, BOM structures, and cost drivers is highly valued. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and cost modeling tools. Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and agile environment.
