SUMMARY The Floral Clerk duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, and controlling shrink ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides amazing customer service Knows seasonality, care of plants and flowers Quality assurance checks of department Proper handling and rotation of product Works within company programs, policies and procedures. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or Associates of organization.
