CNC Machine Operator - 1st Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Interpretation: Accurately interpret technical drawings to understand product material and quality requirements.
- Process Excellence: Read and follow job routings and work instructions meticulously to ensure safe, timely, and accurate production.
- Quality Assurance: Utilize precision instruments to measure and verify product quality, making necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
- Efficient Operation: Operate one or more CNC machines to achieve production targets while maintaining exceptional quality.
CNC Machine Operator - 1st Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CNC or Swiss machining preferred, with a keen ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to measurements and adjustments to uphold quality standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
