RN Surgery (OR)This is a benefited, full-time 12 hour day shift position with a starting time of 6:30am - 1900 and call shifts. The location is at Scripps Mercy Hospital-San Diego. Provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Here you will: Work amongst the 10 Operating Room Suites in trauma, ortho, spine, urology, bariatric, plastics, robotics and general.QualificationsRequired: One year of recent RN experience in the Operating Room California Registered Nurse (RN) License Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing. Current BLS certification (American Heart Association provider). Proficiency in speaking, reading, and following instructions in English. Ability to demonstrate positive behaviors in a team environment.
