Dental Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant - Mary Esther, FL

We are looking for an experienced  Dental Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant to work full-time in Mary Esther FL.

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable  Dental Treatment Coordinator/Dental Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare office, to support our patients by explaining treatment plans, coordinating scheduling with them, and assisting with their insurance and financial discussions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Explain treatment plans and next steps to patients
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• Discuss costs, estimates, and payment options
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with providers and support office operations

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 year's experience in a healthcare, dental, or medical office
• Experience with insurance verification and billing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment and finances
• Practice management software experience preferred
• Must be a Certified Dental Assistant
• Must be Radiology Certified
• Must have experience as a treatment coordinator
• Must be proficient in Dentrix

***MUST be able to pass a Pre-employment drug screen AND Background check before starting***

PAY:
Position starts at $22/hr. (Depending on current level of experience)

SCHEDULE:
Full-Time
Monday–Friday ... 8am - 5pm
