Quality Assurance Analyst

QA AnalystTo support and maintain Background Record Check (BRC) applications. This position encompasses functional testing, production support, and assistance for the Contact Center and Background Record Check Staff to ensure high system reliability, data integrity, and an exceptional user experience for internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency with SQL, some automated testing techniques, JIRA (including Xray), and foundational administrative tasks, complemented by strong analytical, troubleshooting, and professional communication skills.· Provides expert quality assurance services· Performs and leads tests to ensure that all systems meet minimum standards and requirements· Works closely with applications team· Creates complex test data for applications' documents testing data· Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations· Performs complex workflow analysis and recommends improvements.EEO: Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans
