Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Requirements
· 3–10 years of software testing experience and/or Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience.
· Experience with OpenText Quality Center/ALM (formerly HP ALM) for requirements, test case, and defect management.
· Experience with data testing, including writing SQL queries and working with XML and other structured data formats.
· Experience using Generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to improve software testing activities, including test case generation, test data creation, documentation, and productivity.
· Understanding of AI-assisted testing concepts and the ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated testing artifacts.
· Familiarity with test automation frameworks and AI-enhanced testing tools is a plus.
· Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred.
