PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst, in Boston, MA.

Job Description:

Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity

Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow

Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances

Identify potential risks early and escalate quality concerns proactively

Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions

Training and coordination of QA related materials, i.e., SQM, Auditing, PMA

Perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required

How to thrive in this role?

Typically 3+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development, Office, etc)

Proficient in data compilation and program tracking

Proficient in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Proficient in organization and delivery of training and presentation methods / and related skills

Proficient in policy / procedure writing methods, including maintenance of any project

Proficient in Benchmarking and documentation mapping

Proficient in regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc.) and Quality Assurance interpretation methodology and techniques

Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
