Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer with strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment. Medical device manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC, and Root Cause Analysis initiatives.
- Identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
- Analyze manufacturing KPIs and use data-driven methods to drive improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Coach teams on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory requirements, and medical device manufacturing practices.
