About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President to lead the launch of a new commercial business unit focused on providing privacy-conscious digital media, audience intelligence, and measurement solutions to life science companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the market strategy, defining the target audience, and shaping the initial product offerings. This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to establish client relationships, build a commercial model, and develop a team and operating structure for long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare media, pharmaceutical marketing, digital advertising, or related fields, with a proven track record of launching and scaling business units or revenue-generating services. Key responsibilities for the role include translating existing data, technology, and media capabilities into solutions that meet the needs of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, and agency customers. The SVP will also be tasked with personally developing early client relationships, creating commercial opportunities, and building an initial revenue pipeline. Financial fluency, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a comfort with operating in an entrepreneurial environment are essential. The role demands a leader who can establish budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, and who is adept at creating repeatable commercial and operational processes to ensure the business can scale efficiently. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced business or related degree being beneficial.
