Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical health by reviewing their medical histories and performing detailed physical assessments to establish effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive technologies to enhance patients' strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective management of their conditions, providing resources and guidance on techniques that promote long-term recovery and injury prevention.
• Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive care plans, ensuring that all aspects of the patient's wellbeing are addressed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions and patient outcomes in our digital health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills vital to manage diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
