BENEFITS (dependent on your work status) Competitive Pay Medical, Dental and Vision Health Savings Account Paid Time Off PayActiv – On demand access to earned wages Retirement match (up to 4%) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans Document care delivery observations, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately Provide direct resident care as needed Request RN assessment/consultation for resident who show a change of condition Use equipment and supplies in a precise, accurate and calm manner Assume charge nurse duties when assigned including, but not limited to, adjusting assignment and schedule to best meet needs of residents and appropriate use of personnel Under direction of the RN, monitor an document health status of all residents who are unstable or requiring intervention Participate in care planning Obtain needed intervention and monitor process or order follow through Replace absent staff when necessary On-call status as assigned Has access to confidential information/records and maintain confidentiality Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, and public Other duties as assigned Transcribe physician orders #J-18808-Ljbffr
